We sold mums property, through Daniel and Lisa at Fletchers Real-estate, not long after Victoria's interest rates went up and the market went into something of a slump. Buyers thought they we holding all the cards and continually offered low end prices. Fletchers were confident we would find the right buyer and worked very hard to find them. My elderly mum was living with me at the time of the campaign and Lisa kept in contact with us by phone after EVERY inspection. She helped with arranging gardening services, had mum's bins bought in after rubbish collection and even took mail out of the letter box and put inside to ensure its safety.
