Very easay to work with.
We first spoke to Daniel 20 months ago when we applied for a place in a retirement village. During that time he kept us informed of the market but was never pushy and left it to us to contact him when we had a place. This happened and Daniel and his team at Fletchers were helpful,proffessional and gave us advice but left the decisions to us. I would recommend then to any of our friends.

Fantastic team
Trust is important when choosing an agent. Our home is the most valuable investment we have. We wanted someone who would be straight with us, honest, know the market and work hard to convert interested onlookers into potential buyers. Daniel & Lisa earned our trust many times over. They didn’t treat us like it was just another home and another sale - they were genuinely interested in getting the best outcome for us. Innovative in their approach to marketing, hard working at grinding through the 100+ people that come to inspections, attentitive to our questions or concerns and always providing feedback and information on how the campaign was progressing. I am not sure what other agents are like, but, I honestly cannot think of anything extra that Daniel or Lisa could have done. A ‘trusted adviser’ in real estate came as something of a surprise and I would strongly recommend them to others who were thinking of which agent to trust the sale of their home to.

If you are thinking of selling your property you cannot go please Daniel Bolton from Fletchers Real Estate in Mooroolbark. When we first spoke to Daniel about selling our house he suggested we sell it at auction, which at the time we were not convinced this was the way of selling our home. But after speaking to Daniel and Joel they convinced us that it would suit the sale of our home. Daniel’s knowledge of the area is terrific and his professional approach to every detail in sale of our home could not have any better and the way he explained the whole process of the Auction was just great. The day of the auction was where Daniel excelled, he got every last dollar out of the prospective buyer was just great for us.
