We interviewed 3 agents before entrusting Josh and his immediate team of James and Megan with the marketing and sale of our property. Josh and his team present themselves very professionally, and have a good grasp of the market in the area we were selling. We did have a couple of queries initially as to certain protocols employed by the team, but they accommodated our suggestions and modified their procedures accordingly which alleviated our concerns. On the auction day there was a great turn out and 4 groups bid on the property in a competitive and lively auction with Josh achieving a great result for us. Throughout the campaign the teams up to date reporting and feedback to us was excellent. Great team work and result Fletchers of Blairgowrie!
