As a landlord I feel let down and victimised by this company and these new rental regulations. The home I am currently letting is an excellent home in excellent condition and is a place I would love to live back in, in the distant future. Because of actions by this agent and some of these new so called new rental rules it is not really worthwhile to rent out property anymore. Either the rent will have to increase dramatically or I will be forced to sell.
