No beating about the bush with Dom.

We had a major hiccup immediately prior to commencement of campaign. Dom and Dori were extremely understanding and worked with us to get to the starting line. Once the campaign started feedback from opens was immediate and to the point. However certain negative world events overtook the campaign and made it difficult to assess the market. A sense of uncertainty prevailed and we decided that it was better to accept the best offer now rather than wait. Dom provided advice but at no time pressured us into accepting any offer. Sure, we did not achieve our target price but in the circumstances we are satisfied with the outcome. We now have an unconditional contract and are proceeding toward an early settlement.
