Already well established in the City of Manningham and surrounds, expanding further into the area allows our enthusiastic team to bring Fletchers premier service directly to Warrandyte residents. Offering a wonderful lifestyle in a residential and rural setting, Warrandyte is a home in the country yet is also just 45 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD via the Eastern Freeway. Warrandyte embraces its rich artistic heritage dating back to the early 20th century, and a number of artists live and create their work in the area. Located on the banks of the Yarra River, the area offers three separate shopping precincts and a range of services, including libraries, schools, entertainment precincts, recreational facilities, and medical and healthcare providers. Known for its open roads, rolling hills with views and large open parks, Warrandyte is the perfect place to walk and ride a bike, and is very dog-friendly! No beating about the bush with Dom.

We had a major hiccup immediately prior to commencement of campaign. Dom and Dori were extremely understanding and worked with us to get to the starting line. Once the campaign started feedback from opens was immediate and to the point. However certain negative world events overtook the campaign and made it difficult to assess the market. A sense of uncertainty prevailed and we decided that it was better to accept the best offer now rather than wait. Dom provided advice but at no time pressured us into accepting any offer. Sure, we did not achieve our target price but in the circumstances we are satisfied with the outcome. We now have an unconditional contract and are proceeding toward an early settlement. Thank you Dom, Dori and the team at Fletchers Warrandyte.
