Dominic was the right agent for me. He is a good communicator. He was insightful in his advice regarding how to best present the property. He was calm and unflappable in his negotiations with buyers. I was kept in the loop at all times and he quietly achieved the price we wanted. He is also a kind and considered person, qualities that are not often found in business today. I saw these qualities conferring an advantage to both the seller and the buyer by way of increased trust and decreased stress.

Dori was the assistant agent for Dominic Kruz. She is a wonderful person - kind, responsive, insightful and helpful. In particular, prior to the house going on the market, Dori seemed to have lots of personal contacts for fixing things. Even though these trade people were busy or fully booked for several weeks, they dropped what they were doing and fitted us in so we could get the house on the market. They could easily have made us wait but I realised they did this because of their connection and respect for Dori. So 5 stars from me.
