Excellent Buying Experience

I had a fantastic experience working with Robert and his team. He was compassionate, accommodating, and consistently made me feel supported throughout the entire process which he has evidently passed these same values onto his team. What stood out most was his fairness. He remained genuinely neutral and acted with the best interests of both parties in mind. He was always available, checked in regularly, and communicated openly and honestly. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience far less stressful. Professional and prompt

Robert was straightforward and easy to work with. Buying experience was handled with no issues. Receipts and communication were reliable and prompt. Sign off was a nice personal touch. An experienced, trustworthy agent who we would be happy to deal with again in future.

Robert is excellent. He deeply appreciates vendor and purchasers needs for success.

Robert has exceptional abilities. He listens to and deeply appreciates the vendors needs. He also has a deep ability to appreciate the requirements of potential purchasers and he diplomatically brings these different contrasting perspectives together in a unique way for a very successful outcome. Because he holds his expertise back whilst allowing the vendor to speak his/her mind, he establishes a close bond and strong confidence with the vendor. He then has this strong bond of understanding and confidence to act truly in the interests of the vendor. He also has this special ability to deal positively and diplomatically with potential buyers. The outcome of his skills is very positive indeed. It brings purchasers and the vendor together in a very successful outcome.

Knowledgeable, personable and approachable

From the start, I found Rob to be very courteous, professional and easy to deal with. He knows the local market well and did extensive market research for me to assist with the sale.
