He also has a deep ability to appreciate the requirements of potential purchasers and he diplomatically brings these different contrasting perspectives together in a unique way for a very successful outcome. Because he holds his expertise back whilst allowing the vendor to speak his/her mind, he establishes a close bond and strong confidence with the vendor. He then has this strong bond of understanding and confidence to act truly in the interests of the vendor. He also has this special ability to deal positively and diplomatically with potential buyers.
