Good agency

I haven't been with Fletchers for a long time, but my experience with them is good. They reply to my messages fast, but the only problem is that they take a very long time to fix a problem with the property. They need to communicate with me if they follow up, instead of keeping me waiting until I call them back again. Otherwise everything is going well. Thank you

Professional and Friendly

My family were looking at the house from agency and the inspection was run by Bianca. She showed profesionalism in her work by explaining to us thoroughly of the application process and she's very helpful answering our questions about the rental process. Very friendly lady and we're pleased that she is our rep for the house we applied for.
