We met Harpreet when we bought our home in Tarneit, we thought he’s just an agent that sells the house and that’s it. Tired of “good enough” products and services? I am! Looking for the best Agent who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I found Pam Kaur from Fletchers Real-estate. As housing is being snapped up in Melbourne, I would never have time to begin the entire process from Perth, Western Australia. Pam offered to tour the property via video, and she provided all details necessary (including map layout of the property). Pam Kaur managed all facets of my purchase. I had no idea about every step of the process in Victoria and the state legislation whatsoever. The amount of effort and time Pam put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, Pam spent their entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, they were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them.
