Highly Recommended! This was our first time selling a property and we had a bad experience with Bal realestate prior to reaching out to Harpreet. Harpreet was an absolute pleasure to work with and we couldn’t recommend his services more highly. We are very glad that we chose Harpreet and team as our agents. From the first day Harpreet was on board his advice to achieve the price we wanted, knowledge of the market and communication was awesome. His personalised service and support was genuine and gave us all the help needed with small Reno and get the house ready for sale. They were very professional, hard working and transparent, and kept us informed at every step along the way. It’s only because of their exceptional people skills, experience, hard work and dedication that we were able to achieve a good result despite tough market conditions. Harpreet and team was able to take the sale of our property from being a stressful ordeal to a smooth and easy process. We cannot recommend Harpreet and team highly enough.

Pams personality put us at ease, she offered her ideas and opinions and was open to answering all our questions and promptly. Pam has an impeccable work ethic and approach to what has to be done, which showed in the great job showcasing the house online with photos, video and virtual tour. From the day I contact Hardik he was responsive, attended to all my requests in an extremely fast timeframe (same day) and provided support and guidance the whole way through. As a first home buyer, I was quite nervous and had little knowledge of the process, but Hardik was there to support me the whole way through. I can not express my gratitude enough. Highly recommend Hardik and Fletchers Real Estate and will be encouraging anyone I know to engage with this extremely professional real estate.
