When I said goodbye to Hardik on the doorstep of the house after inspection, I congratulated him and the Fletchers agency on the very high standard of presentation of the house. His courteous and helpful assistance to me as a purchaser is a credit to the agency. Transparency, clarity and honesty are the key words which spring to mind. I was also impressed with the efficient use of information technology in support of the process, while the personal touch was not lost. He let the house sell itself while providing all the information I needed, with the result that I put in a successful bid as soon as possible after the viewing, confident that I had all the facts at my fingertips and that Hardik would present my offer quickly and effectively to the vendor.
