Andy knows what is going on in the market and what would be a reasonable offer and outcome when selling a property. It was not easy to contact me but Andy kept trying. I was unsuccessful at another Agent's sale because they were not prepared to continue exchanging bids with the Vendor. Andy went much further with both the Vendor and bidders to achieve a good outcome. He certainly was professional in providing his knowledge and advice which enabled me to be a successful bidder.
