My house was a damaged during the June storms in the Dandenong Ranges last year. Jenny took on the job of selling my house and property with enthusiasm and professionalism and was willing to adapt to the unusual situation. Unfortunately the first sale fell through despite Jenni trying very hard to keep the buyer on track. With the settlement date of my new house looming closer she went all out to sell the property again within my required time. This was done successfully and I am happy with the outcome. She was always in close contact with me and kept me up to date on all that was happening. Following each 'open for inspection' she would contact me with updates of the numbers of people who viewed the property and their interest. I cannot speak more highly of Andy. I have purchase with him twice and sold once (about to sell with him again) and I will literally never use another agent. Andy is one of very few that I have come across that acts with the utmost integrity and respect. His values shine through in his dealings with all parties, not just who he is contracted to assist. He will always tell it like it is, ensuring that everyone has a fair and equal understanding of a situation - no game playing or cheeky antics to push an agenda. We recently purchased a property offmarket with both Rachel Eastwood and Andy Martin, and the compassion and care they displayed throughout the process was absolutley beautiful. The purchase process was slightly unusual, and the vendor was also unwell and moving for health reasons. They both took the time to ensure that the vendor was taken care of and had the right external supports in place. Andy even carted firewoood up two flights of stairs on several occasions to assist the vendor who was unable to do so himself. If you're looking for a honest and genuine agent to represent you, please take my advice and give Andy a call. He is also hilarious which makes for an enjoyable process - but don't tell him I told you that. He'll never let me forget it :)
