My wife and I met David and immediately felt at ease. David was very knowledgeable about the hills area but said it in a way that wasn’t arrogant or over the top. Before we had even decided to go with fletchers David stated that he may have a buyer in mind for our property as it was the location and style they were looking for. A day later we were flabbergasted with an offer we couldn’t refuse. I put this down to David’s knowledge of the area and knowing his buyers. The sale process was easy and stress free. Never in a million years did we think we’d sell the house for what we did. Fantastic effort David, we have now purchased a house we never thought we could afford.

She pays close attention to detail and made sure all aspects of the property were ready for us to move into without any problems. Her service went above and beyond as she even provided additional contacts for local plumbers, electricians and other services which is sure a huge help, and even helped us out with boxes which I’m sure isn’t a typical agent duty.
