We were making an unexpected move overseas while still finishing off some renovations on the house, and were immensely grateful for Andy's calm and thoughtful advice on what to prioritise. Andy checked in with us regularly to keep us on track (without us ever feeling under pressure) and was very organised and communicative. He had clearly done a lot of thinking about how to attract buyers and offers and ultimately we feel we got a better price with his help than may have been possible with other agencies.
