We found a house we wanted down on the Peninsula and decided to sell our place in Belgrave. We engaged Andy and Suzie from Fletchers Tecoma and told them we were negotiating a contract on the new place, and really needed to sell our house in a hurry to make the whole deal work. They were not only able to sell our place within 4 weeks, and a price we were happy, but also assisted with negotiations on the Peninsula property. Both properties finalised and sorted without a hiccup thanks to them. Excellent communicators and great work to both, would recommend to anyone wishing to sell.

We were very pleased with the outcome of the sale of our home. Scott was always very good with feedback, both good and bad, from the potential buyers. Despite some ups and downs (one buyer had their finance fall through) Scott was always very positive and kept us focused on keeping the home looking great for inspections. We would use Scott again as our agent as he has earntbour trust and has a nice relaxed manner which I appreciated when things weren’t always looking positive.
