Jenni helped me to sell my house when I was in great a hurry to do so. I had already bought a new place and thus needed to sell immediately. However I was overwhelmed and stressed by what needed to be done. Jenny helped me to put things into perspective and guided me as to what was the minimum I needed to do given my particular circumstances. She also worked hard to get everything done from her side in a very timely manner. Her personal/professional manner was VERY good. She is well presented and was always pleasant to deal with. She came across as an earnest person, and personally I value this. I am a fussy person, and I am not always the easiest person to deal with - but I would certainly have Jenni back as my agent - there is nothing to fault. Thanks Jenni and good luck. You are a nice lady and are also VERY good at the job, which I mentioned to you a few times along the way. Jenni has a good blend of ALL the characteristics needed for this job. I also got the $$price I wanted !!! During the process I noticed that she looked after my interests, AND also the interests of the purchaser (i.e., she went out of her way to get their questions answered, special openings etc). I think this is important, because for a sale to go well the purchaser needs to fell well looked after too. She made special efforts for me and those interested in my property.
