We have recently sold our house through Fletchers Real Estate – Olinda Office. Our Real Estate agent Glenn Gardiner made the process so smooth and easy for us. They communicated with us every week as we were working on the house to prepare it for sale. They offered us help in finding Trades and Services to complete the works on our home. The advice they offered us of what we could or should do to our home to entice a good sale was invaluable. As a result of their professionalism and patience it paid off as we sold our house at a price way over what we ever expected we would get for the property. We were cash poor but asset rich and did not have enough funds in our bank to complete the works on our home that would dramatically raise the value of our property eg:- the external painting of our home and the huge expense of upgrading our gravel driveway. These two items were just out of reach for us to complete as we ran out of money towards the end. This was frustrating and disappointing for us as we had put so much time and effort into the internal upgrades of the home already. Fletchers offered us a option to use a new financial facility at a small cost to us, the service was called “CampaignAgent” this service enable us to borrow the money through Fletchers to complete the works on the outside of our property, without having to re-mortgage our property 3 months prior to sale which would have cost us 10 times the amount of the small fee we ended up paying through the “CampaignAgent “service. If this service had not been available for us to utilise it would have meant all our hard work completing the inside would not have been as beneficial and we would not have got the great sale price we did. I thank you so much Glenn for all your support and patience through this process, I would and will highly recommend Fletchers Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell their home with a great supportive and motivated agent. Jenni was helpful in coming around with the papers to sign. However, having vendors overseas made communication difficult and meant we had to sign twice. She was easy to contact and answered calls however, I suggest in future, vendors should at least be in the country! While it was not Jenni's fault, it does make your office look unprofessional when you have not addressed this to the correct people.
