Glenn was very informative prior to the signing up with Fletchers, material provided and detailed discussions re all upfront and ongoing costs was very well exicuted, Glenn would also return calls/messages - he was honest, informative, as the auctioneer Glenn had his work cut out for him but with persistance he managed to get the purchaser up to where we wanted in $'s.
