The right person to sell your house

Jasmine advised me on what weneeded to do to sell the house, gave us a price range of what house would fetch & a 2 week time frame she thought she could sell it for us.....well it sold in just over a week of going on themarket, at the price we wanted. Fast and smooth process. Highly recommended.

Sold our house in a week for the price we wanted. David was straight up about what we needed to do to get the house for sale, the price range, and that he reckoned he could sell it in 2 weeks. With rising interest rates I thought "well that's a promise ....". We prepared the house for sale,as per Davids advice, and once the photos had been done David went hard and fast. With 3 open houses in 5 days it did push us to our limits. He felt it would work with our house and it's location. It sold on the sixth day. From the start we trusted David and his wife Jasmine.
