Donna is really easy to deal with, she addresses issues that come up quickly and is quick to respond to emails. I have not had many issues in the many years I have had her as my agent. Any minor issues have been dealt with quickly and without any problems or lengthy delays. She is good with her progress reports when dealing with repairs. Just good to deal with someone that does what they say and I don't have to constantly follow up with like I do with other agents.

We used Flick Realty as our property manager for 5 of our properties, including our residence when we moved on. That alone speaks volumes, however I will go on to say they were wonderful to deal with, great customer service and always on-hand when we needed to contact them. Their industry knowledge is very good and because of this, we often consulted with both owners of the company on the current market to make decisions. EOY paperwork was always supplied on time for tax and covered everything. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any prospective landlord.

I will now and forever recommend Donna as a property agent. Communication was great. I’m sad in a way that I have sold the investment property as Donna was turning things around. It really was a set and forget situation where I could access everything on the app with 100% trust that she was looking out for my property without me having to ask for progress on anything.
