Michelle was super friendly and efficient. She was happy to meet at a time convenient to us. She was confident in the market and her ability to sell our property quickly. Listed with Michelle on a Monday 3 offers and under contract by the Saturday. Working with Michelle has been a very positive experience and I would recommend her skills and services

We felt like Faye hit the ground running. She was prepared with rental and sales information in our area as well as the historical infornation on our property. She came with all the infornation and talked through our options to sell and what strategies were working well. Our open house went for 2hours instead of 1/2 hour as she had drummed up real interest in the property. House was advertised and under contract all within a few weeks. We are so grateful for Fayes professional meeting our goals

From the start when we signed the contract to our new home, Ron kept us up to date and informed the entire time. If we had a question he would follow up immediately and give us feedback. We never felt nervous as he would keep us at ease. The dedications, commitment and friendliness from Focus on Mackay does not go unnoticed and we are happy buyers. Thank you so much Ron.

Our sale in Slade Point was unexpectedly demanding on Faye and ourselves. She patiently and professionally assisted us deal with an uncooperative occupant and used her local contacts for repair and maintenance matters prior to sale. Her suggestions re marketing were well worth the extra $$. Highly recommend.
