Dealing with Ron And the team at Focus on Mackay, has been an absolute pleasure. They have been there at every stage of the sale, always been willing to help and point me in the right direction. This has been most helpful as an interstate purchaser and new to QLD resident. I would highly recommend them.

I dont live in mackay but wanted to sell my property, a small block of flats. I contacted Ron who was very helpful from the start. Ron was able to value the property within 24 hours. It was on the market a few days later. Apx 30 enquiries within the first week & a signed contract ! Ron managed the whole process without any major problems & I am delighted with the end result. If I could give Ron a 10 star rating I would.

Ron Palmer exceeded all expectations as the agent I chose to sell my property. I'd had earlier dealings with Ron when I purchased one of his property listings and it was this supremely positive experience that led me to list my existing property for sale with him. I cannot speak highly enough of Ron and, whether you are selling or purchasing, the service he offers is nothing short of exceptional. Ron is informed, understands the market, has great negotiating skills and displays true dedication.
