We have sold and purchased a few houses in the Brighton area and I can honestly say that Justin is by far one of the best agents I have ever worked with. We built a brand new home and jumped through so many hoops to style and present, as well as, develop a comprehensive advertising plan to sell the home and the first agent we hired couldn’t sell it, not even a bite! Unfortunately for us we met Justin after we had already signed with the other agent. However, Justin is a professional and continued to stay in touch. All other agents dropped us like a sack of potatoes because we had selected another. Luckily for us, Justin did not. When the house did not sell, we had to look at other options. Justin secured a number of private inspections and presented us with a more than satisfactory price within a few weeks. Justin’s network and client list is by far the most superior as at this time our house was no longer styled and Justin only had our house listed online. Next time, without hesitation we will use Justin Follett.

We recently sold for the first time and we couldn’t be happier with Justin and his team (Rosslyn, Marcus and Calum). They communicated well, were solid and consistent with their advice and strategy, and most importantly achieved exactly what they told us they would.
