The brief on this new residence was to design a contemporary house that expresses the warmth of a family home with modern undertones that would be timeless. The bayside home boasts a palette of natural materials with soft understated colours. By creating spaces that met the clients day-to-day needs of a residential home yet upholding a sense of resort/hotel atmosphere, through colour choice and materials we where able to make the spaces striking without being overwhelming. With an extensive construction budget in this new residence it was still important to maintain a level of restraint with finishes and choice of materials. Accentuating the minimalist forms of the built-in furniture and making it sculptural rather than furniture or a room that defines a use the design should inspire curiosity and further flexibility and creativity.

If you want your Brighton property sold and sold well - Justin is your guy!
