Ricky is who I was in contact with face to face with viewing the property during open inspections and also collecting the keys when I was approved. He was great and friendly. Wayne is who I was dealing with when I got approved with the property, he made the process of the application easy via email, and less stressful for myself. Tina I got a call from aswel, letting me know about where to collect the keys and she was very kind. I got approved during Easter time and she made things easier for me by having me collect the keys at the property from Ricky. So overall my experience with Forge Group has been great.
