Overselling with services that are not delivered
+ Good communication + Positive attitude - Told us that the unit would be professionally cleaned. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

We bought a house via Lawrance
Lawrance was very open with his communication through out the experience. He was up front and honest around the expectations for the property and what the vendors were looking to obtain. He was very professional and presented himself in a relaxed and approachable manner. He was very quick to make sure any questions we had were answered and went out of his way to accommodate us.

Very professional and Supportive experience
Lawrence and Tony have been very very responsible and supportive during the whole process of selling. As a first-time seller, I have no idea how selling a property works. Luckily, they are very experienced and have very professional knowledge. They supported me to work through the whole process, providing valuable suggestions and guidance all the time. More importantly, whenever you have a question, you can always receive solution from Lawrence and the team, which is very supportive. This is the best team I’ve ever met!!! A lot thanks to the team!!!

Easily outperform any other agent in CBD
I have sold 3 properties in the past 18 month and Lawrance from Forge Property had made my life so much easier. You just need to let him know your situation and Lawrance will pursue the best out come. He was attentive and achieved a great outcome, I would highly recommend he as he works tiredlessly until succeed, has the right attitude to both seller and buyer and is punctual and professional at all times.

Excellent experience
It was great to have met Lawrance during my search for my first home in Melbourne.
