Having had poor experiences with real estate agents previously I am apprehensive when dealing with new ones. I bought a property through Malcolm as the selling agent and he was very helpful, open and honest. I then used him to sell one of my properties and again it was a great experience. His knowledge of the market in general and the properties I was buying/selling is excellent. He maintained continual communication throughout to keep me up to date with progress. The price he achieved was better than I had hoped for and has a great client network.
