As an interstate buyer, I did not view the property in person but Jeff was helpful in organising a thorough video inspection and answered all of my questions. He was easy to reach over text or call for any enquiries and had a kind and genuine attitude in liaising with myself and the vendor. He was patient and not pushy which made for a great experience as a first home buyer, and even shared some great recommendations for cafes and restaurants in Melbourne as I relocate to my new home!
