Jeff was friendly and accomodating in helping me to purchase this property. As an interstate buyer, I did not view the property in person but Jeff was helpful in organising a thorough video inspection and answered all of my questions. He was easy to reach over text or call for any enquiries and had a kind and genuine attitude in liaising with myself and the vendor. He was patient and not pushy which made for a great experience as a first home buyer, and even shared some great recommendations for cafes and restaurants in Melbourne as I relocate to my new home!

Sai was very professional and excellent at liasing with the vendor and myself even in the initial 3 months i was having roadblocks in obtaining finance.Finance and sale eventually happened.Sai communicated with me even when he was on leave and when he couldnt engaged his up to the task team to conduct the final inspection to close out the deal.
