I have sold several properties in the past but never, ever have I felt so consulted, considered and looked after. Rick is an Agent that has proven he will go above and beyond expectations when selling your property. The property was my Aunt's deceased estate and needed cleaning etc done and I literally did not have to lift a finger. He had cleaners, gardeners, building reports and electrician organised before I knew it. I also really liked that Rick had his family there on Auction day helping out, and what a lovely family they are. Rick had a plan and it worked out so well.
