I had a very good experience with Kevin. He is very knowledgeable and professional. On auction day, it was our first time visiting the property, and he gave us a detailed and clear introduction, which was very helpful. He was always smiling and made us feel warmly welcomed. Communication was easy and smooth, and he patiently answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured to make a decision. Overall, he was professional, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. James and his colleagues were great to deal with from the time of the first contact. He was spot on predicting the best time to go on the market. Lead up open house sessions were well managed with good feedback. He made me feel my property was valued and precious to me after we had been the original builder/owners and brought up our family over forty years. The final negotiation at auction was handled very supportively and not rushed, thus assuring me I had ultimately the best price for my property. James is a great team worker too so there was always one of my team available to talk to or to follow up leads. Definitely recommend Forsyth and both James and Tony wholeheartedly.

Through the process James (and David the other agent representing the vendor) were fair and honest and whilst he ultimately represented the vendor we were happy with his transparency and fairness in the process and it was clear his ultimate goal was reaching an outcome all parties were happy with.
