If we could give 6 stars out of 5 to Erik, we would. We put our trust in Erik to get a great result for our little home, and he delivered. He ran a very effective and disciplined campaign. The marketing and photography were superb. Erik's communication is excellent - he was always available to answer any questions, and to allay any concerns we had. As auction day approached, he was calm and reassuring. There was never a moment during the campaign where we felt any pressure to go one way or another - Erik always explained things clearly, comprehensively and rationally.
