If we could give 6 stars out of 5 to Erik, we would. We put our trust in Erik to get a great result for our little home, and he delivered. He ran a very effective and disciplined campaign. The marketing and photography were superb. Erik's communication is excellent - he was always available to answer any questions, and to allay any concerns we had. As auction day approached, he was calm and reassuring. There was never a moment during the campaign where we felt any pressure to go one way or another - Erik always explained things clearly, comprehensively and rationally. Erik has acted as our sales agent on two properties, the first a large home in Mosman, and more recently, an apartment in Cremorne. Both properties were sold "off market" with outstanding results. Erik really understands the subtleties of marketing a property in this way. We needed a quick sale as we had bought another property and exchanged contracts. Another complicating factor was that we had a tenant in the property we were selling and were therefore unable to give vacant possession. Erik did a great job in obtaining the cooperation of the tenant in relation to inspections of the apartment, finding interested buyers and achieving a sale at a very attractive price prior to auction. It was all done in two weeks, giving us the quick sale we were after and minimising inconvenience for our tenant.

Having searched for the right house for 2 years, we were very familiar with most of the agents working in the areas we liked. We had met Erik previously but when we looked at the house we ended up buying, Erik was great. He had all the information we needed, communicated very well with us and when we got on the seriously topic of money, he was quite direct with the vendors’ wishes. We would recommend dealing with Erik in the future as the deal was much more straightforward with his input and hard work.

He was clear, calm and polite in guiding us through the workings of the sale including necessary decisions. Erik helped us to understand the workings of the market as we went through the process.
