Sanjai was great to work with, he was well informed regarding the property market and was able to make accurate predictions of what other houses would sell for and what our house would sell for. He didn't apply any pressure trying to get a quick sale but was patient and wanted to get a good price that reflected what our house was worth. Sanjai is friendly, calm, has great communication skills and is a good negotiator. I would recommend Sanjai.

Yogi, was absolutely fantastic in helping us through the sale of mum's home. It was a difficult process and extremely stressful time for all the family. Yet Yogi was great from the very start to right up to the auction of our home. Yogi, made a difficult experience much easier and less stressful. He helped organise the cleaning of mum's house to finding people who could repair, paint and make mum's house perfect for auction. I highly recommend Yogi to anyone who is looking to sell as the pressure is taken away from you. Yogi, provided us with updates constantly and supervised the repairs and followed up the people making repairs / painting. He was great to deal with very professional and extremely sensitive given the situation. We would not hesitate to ask Yogi in the future again should we wish to sell our own home, as I know that Yogi will do a thorough job and make sure its done within the time constraints.
