We cannot fault Adrian or the team at Hocking Stuart Frankston. Every step of the way we felt like they had our best interests at heart, from taking the photos to putting up the sold sticker these guys were working hard to get us the best result possible. Everything was timed perfectly and we got a result that far exceeded our expectations and exceeded the price we were given by 4 other local agents. We would highly recommend Adrian and his team!

How lucky was I to find and engage Aaron to sell my property!!! I had had the property on the market with a different agent for over 2 months last year and, despite pleasing interest from buyers, could not find a buyer who would commit to make an offer at (what I and the agent thought) a fair price. When I put the property back on the market this year I was disheartened and expecting a similar long frustrating sales process and that I would have to sell at a much lower price than I believed the home was worth. But I had not counted on Aaron's sincerity, commitment and convincing knowledge of the Frankston market and its buyers. Not only did my home get sold in record time (only four days on the market) but at a price I did not expect to reach. (I thought the home was worth the price I got but previous buyers had baulked at the price range). If you engage Aaron as your agent you will not regret it - he is honest and fair with both buyer and seller - he knows the market, he knows the right price and is able to convey that to the buyer. He works hard and late if that's what is needed to achieve a result. He is reassuringly knowledgeable and capable in all aspects of the buying and selling process and always available, understanding and ready to solve any concerns you may have. In short this time around I did not experience the stress, frustration, doubts and uncertainty I had experienced previously (This is the fourth time I have put a property on the market).

From the time we met with Paul we knew that we would go with him and his agency Hockingstuart. Paul is a man of quite strength and authenticity. He doesn't try and sell himself as such but we were sold on him. No flashy car salesman ways, or making promises he couldn't keep. He was clear that he would work hard and create the best environment he could for someone to fall in love with our house such that a competition would be born and a mutual and pleasing outcome could be had for us, as the vendor and the purchaser. He delivered on both in spades. He knows his stuff and he knows people. The most important thing for us in selling our house, apart from a good outcome, was a relationship of trust, we got that and more. We also had a great time along the way, with many laughs in what can be a very stressful time. While never growding us, Paul was with us all the way.
