Paul recently sold our house through auction. Due to private circumstances l needed a very quick campaign and a good price for our rental property in South Frankston. During the four week selling time before the auction, Paul was always contacting me and letting me know exactly what was happening. During this time similar houses were sold at much less than expected by other agents so l was not feeling confident at all at reaching anywhere near my selling price at auction. On the day l sold my home for exactly what Paul said it would be worth from day one. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul as he is honest, reliable and hard working. He did everything possible to sell my house and most importantly communicated with me constantly during the entire process. A breath of fresh air!

Aaron was friendly and seems to have lots of knowledge of the local area and housing market. He was good to deal with during negotiations. I have come across lots of arrogant agents.
