Despite having known Aaron for some 5-6 years via ' open for inspections', we had neither bought nor sold through his agency for the only reason that subject properties were not marketed by his agency; but we knew only too well that one day, sooner than later we would call on his services and this was because he presented as a professional. dedicated, hard-working and personable bloke. In March.2014 we placed a home for sale with him. His advice was to take the property to auction. My wife had misgivings about auctions but we trusted his judgement. He delivered the goods, bigtime; in fact, he managed to sell the property prior to auction for a most satisfactory figure.
