Ashley kept me well informed of all inspections and information that he thought I needed to know regarding my property, which was a lot more than the previous sales people at 4 walls really over the past 3 years. Ashley was always positive regarding the potential sale of the property and put more people through the house in 12 months than I had ever had put through in 3 years by far so thank you for that effort. BUT unfortunately I was not consulted on the day of the potential sale and contract regarding the price of the property when the price was for offers over the reserve and the offer given that was put forward as the sale price as the reserve. I only received an email late in the day with a contract and I was stunned that I just had an email and Ashley hadn't called me to discuss the potential sale of my property at the time of the inspection with his client to discuss this issue with me on the day. This is the only thing that I was disappointed with the sale of my property.

very accurate and in tune with our simple but clinical approach on buying a house that will eventually be our main residence in the future years. We had very little time left before leaving the state and Amanda was fair to us and, i believe the salers, and was able to smooth up the hurdles with both parties best interest in mind and on time for settlement day. She also did well to engage with the contractors required along the way and never failed to give access on time and motivate the couple renting the property to lift their game and comply with what is expected from them. Well done to the entire team for all their individual input into a very promising colaboration
