Tony Chalk was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and open. Though his cooperation, we were able to negotiate some potentionally difficult matters through prompt and open communication by enabling a negotiated deal to be achieved between the seller and I (the buyer). This saved a prolonged and potentially expensive process and perhaps unsuccessful outcome had we involved solicitors too early in the negotiations. Thanks Tony! From the moment we first met Tony Chalk, we felt we had chosen the right agent to market our property. Tony was very up-front with everything from marketing costs, sales commission, and expectations during the selling process, as well as having excellent local market knowledge. Our home was only on the market for two days before we had not one, but two contracts ready to negotiate on. Tony went above and beyond our expectations, working late into a Friday night to secure a contract that resulted in a selling price well above our expectations. At every stage Tony was on hand to assist, insisting that he attend the photography session and all inspections (including Building & Pest). He also guided us through a couple of minor tricky issues with our local Council, ensuring we were put in contact with the right people to resolve everything with minimal fuss and time. Tony was always available when called, no matter what time or day, and even secured suitable rental accommodation whilst our new home is being built. We are so glad we took the advice of another couple who Tony had successfully sold their property recently, as we couldn't have been happier with the whole process.
