From the moment we first met Tony Chalk, we felt we had chosen the right agent to market our property. Tony was very up-front with everything from marketing costs, sales commission, and expectations during the selling process, as well as having excellent local market knowledge. Our home was only on the market for two days before we had not one, but two contracts ready to negotiate on.
