I bought my house off Tony 11 years prior, and it was a stress-free purchase. When I needed to sell, I reached out without hesitation. I was away for most of the contract period, and we had a few challenges. If Tony wasn't so proactive and ready to literally roll up his sleeves, I would have likely lost the contract and had to start again. Tony was present from concept to settlement, always available for advice on how to get the best bang for your renovation buck, increase street appeal, share his network of service providers and be around to settle nerves before open houses and signing contracts. There was no point in the process, either with my original purchase or recent sale where I felt uneasy, or that Tony wasn’t all over it. There are sometimes issues that are impossible to foresee, and Tony was on hand to offer a few solutions and work through them with me. I had high but not unreasonable expectations, and Tony helped me focus my efforts in the right direction to get the house ready to achieve that. I’m pretty straightforward and Tony felt comfortable enough to tell me when he thought I was pursuing something that wouldn’t add value or was overlooking something that would. It's an emotive environment; it’s your home so it's important to have someone to respectfully tell you if are barking up the wrong tree. After I had to relocate due to work, Tony took the lead on a few issues that needed addressing with the property before settlement. Without his help I would have struggled, either losing the contract or bleeding cash trying to get work done remotely. If you are not fond of the greasy salesman approach, not a fan of upselling, want straight advice and want to feel like this Agent is working on your behalf, you should call Tony.
