Trudy is a top agent. She has lots of knowledge of the area and has great understanding when it comes to dealing with clients. If anything needed to be communicated she would be the first person I would hear from, which was great because I was kept in the loop the whole time during my sale process. I would give Andy 15/10 if possible. He went well above and beyond what was required and he was working for the seller, not us, the buyers. Andy was available out of hours to help sort out any issues we had and ensured we had the heads up at all times. He was very professional. Not that I will be purchasing another home any time soon but if I were or we decide to sell I would be going to Andy for sure. An honest and very reliable Agent which these days is rare.
