I would give Andy 15/10 if possible. He went well above and beyond what was required and he was working for the seller, not us, the buyers. Andy was available out of hours to help sort out any issues we had and ensured we had the heads up at all times. He was very professional. Not that I will be purchasing another home any time soon but if I were or we decide to sell I would be going to Andy for sure. An honest and very reliable Agent which these days is rare.

I found Andrew very easy to talk with, about my property and very genuine. He appears to know his trade very well and has an easy manner when talking to the owner or the prospective buyers. When we were considering whether to sell our property Amanda responded to our request for an evaluation promptly. The market was right for us but we had tennants and did not want to sell until the house was vacant, a delay of 2 months. Amanda took this into consideration and let potential buyers know that the house would be coming on the market. Once the house was vacant Amanda went through the house with us and advised what needed to be done. Which was very little. Amanda got us an excellent price for our house. Due to her diligence in alerting potential buyers prior to the house going on the market we had a contract signed within 2 days of officially placing it in Amanda's hands. In all of our contact with Amanda was professional, friendly and helpful. We would recommend Amanda if you are considering selling your property.
