After experiencing homelessness throughout the last few months, finding a place to call home has been an incredibly challenging and emotional journey. I cannot speak highly enough of the patience, understanding, compassion and professionalism shown by at Frank Dowling Real Estate throughout the process of securing my new lease at 8/61 Flemington Street, Travancore. From the outset, they demonstrated a genuine willingness to understand my circumstances and assist me in finding a place to call home. They approached what was a particularly difficult period in my life with kindness, patience and a level of understanding that went far beyond what I would ordinarily expect from a real estate agency. What stood out most was that I was treated as a person, not simply another rental application. Their communication, consideration and willingness to work with me made an enormous difference during a time when securing stable accommodation felt increasingly out of reach. Tia and Bridie deserve particular recognition for the care and effort they put into helping me reach this milestone. Their approach is a wonderful example of how much of a difference compassionate, people-focused property management can make in someone’s life. I am incredibly grateful to finally have a home again, and I will genuinely remember the role they played in helping me get here.
