An excellent agent!

I "discovered" my forever home late one Saturday evening and sent off an enquiry email. Stephen called me on the following Monday. I inspected on the following Tuesday and Friday, at a time that Stephen was able to organise for me, before purchasing on the Saturday at Auction. Every day Stephen made contact with me, answering queries and providing information whenever I asked. He went above and beyond in helping me with the purchase of this new home and I would recommend him highly.

Profesional approach to the sales process

I fully recommend Frank Callaghan of Frank Gordon real estate to get a top price for your property, he has over 40 years experience in the business and knows the property of Port Melbourne and surrounds very well. I have known Frank for 38 years and he has help me grow my property portfolio over the years, it has been amazing growth cycle to see Port change from a suburb where people wanted to be over Pickles street in South Melbourne rather than be in Port Melbourne, this has al changed with many big developments and Victorian property being improved to a modern standard.
