The quiet achievement

I found Stephen Yue to be both a professional and the quiet achiever. His approach is different to the many smooth talking, all guns blazing real estate agents whom I have dealt with in the past. Stephen is reserved, intelligent, articulate and methodical. His communication style suited me well, as I have a complicated life and Stephen was able to keep things calm and measured and I always respected his advice. His knowledge of the Port Melbounre real estate market is very good, although I did feel that the apartment was pitched very high initially. We reviewed the price two weeks later and made the necessary adjustment, which was always the plan. Although we didn’t achieve a money back result and ultimately settled for a $30k drop since our mother purchased the property from Stephen in 2018, I do feel that the end result was in line with other one bedroom, one bathroom units sold/selling in the same building, as well as, others close by, without a car space or view, in this current Melbourne realestate market.
