We met Josh last year, when he was responsible for the successful sale of a neighbouring property. We were impressed with his modern approach to Real Estate selling. He is also the Ormiston Specialist, and the only Agent with a Store Front in the suburb. So , it was a no brainer, when we decided to sell our property in Ormiston Springs, to engage Josh for the job. Josh told us that he had several buyers looking for properties like ours, and so it proved to be. The first Home Open was scheduled for 5 30pm on a Thursday evening, which we thought a little unusual, but clearly it was timed by Josh to suit his prospective buyers. By 2 30 Pm the next day , Josh was presenting us with an excellent offer , which we promptly accepted. This must be close to a record! Josh's sales program was exemplary. The video, 3D walk through, use of a drone and general photography were all excellent and the use of Facebook was a first for us. Josh's whole approach was to use the latest technology to its best effect. In addition, he was well presented ,punctual, and very responsive to questions or concerns we had. We are pleased to commend him to any one interested in Real Eatate in the Ormiston/ Cleveland area.John and Marjorie McLean
