My experience with Josh was very average.
While Josh has content knowledge like all other real estate agents, his communications skills were not professional to me as a buyer of a property. I had positive interactions with the administration worker at the agency who was very responsive and courteous. Customer service skills are important to buyers as well as for sellers, despite the market.

Professional and great to deal with
Dealing with Luke and his team was just a wonderful experience, they kept us in the know after every open house and were regularly in contact with us throughout the whole stage of selling. The drive, passion and dedication that Luke showed was the reason why we went with Luke to sell our house and boy he didn't disappoint with the great outcome we got from selling our house.
