After a tour of the property, Josh and Kristian sat down with us prepared to do business. Both sides listened to each other and after a brief time it was obvious I knew we were all on the same page and my expectations were going to be met. The marketing campaign was prepared swiftly and the house was "for sale". After a successful Saturday "open home" it was evident there was interest in the property and within days we were "under contract". Kristian communicated effectively between sellers and buyers on a regular basis throughout the entire process. His professional manner cannot be faulted, therefore I would not hesitate to recommend him and use his expertise again in the future.
