Sale of our Pice of Paradise.
After meeting James first up both my wife and I felt very comfortable to allow him and his team to market and sell our little piece of paradise. His professional manner throughout the process was first class. The level of communication was excellent always providing us with feedback on the inspections. Seamless and positive experience
Everyone knows what the property market is like at present and we were getting desperate to find a house when we met Luke. Right from the start, Luke was very proactive. He listened to our ‘Wishlist’, immediately identified a property which he thought would suit us and in a little over 24 hours, we had a signed contract. I cannot thank Luke enough for making this happen so quickly and professionally.
